How to run & write

What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?

I wanted to work and run without getting three-day migraines. It took 2 years of project managing community care to get to the point where I am now. Now, I run and write to prevent migraines. If you are challenged by pain management, or feel ground up by grind culture, be encouraged to keep making your path through the crap. We are worth it.

It was like: pt baby steps and creating a culture of accountability in my family system. I would run for 1 minute and walk for 4 minutes, for half an hour and after doing that for like 2 months, I might be able to up it to 2 minutes of running/3minutes walking. My people learned to tell me good job exercising even when I was grouchy and annoyed.
